The Lagree Fitness workout is a total-body program that combines elements of cardio training and weight-bearing activity to create a revolutionary, one-of-a-kind exercise program. When an (MDR) class kicks off, the volume goes up, and clients dive into a workout that's intense, muscle-quivering, and sure to leave your shirt drenched – a boutique fitness experience unlike any other.

At The Studio (MDR), we're renowned for our 45-minute powerhouse workout that not only revs up your metabolism but also reshapes your body's composition. The workout is done on state-of-the-art Megaformers which provide constant resistance and infinitely more exercise options than traditional equipment. The machine allows the body to shift quickly and smoothly from one exercise to another while increasing the heart rate and getting the blood pumping. The Megaformer targets each and every muscle in a concentrated, low-impact, high-results-focused manner to sculpt strong, powerful, and lean bodies in a safe and measured way.

The Workout

Elevate your fitness journey with The Studio (MDR)'s signature 45-minute powerhouse workout. Our Lagree program, designed by fitness guru Sebastien Lagree, is perfect for all fitness levels. Sculpt, tighten, and tone every inch of your body while seamlessly integrating traditional lengthening and stretching techniques. Our cutting-edge Megaformers take your workout to the next level, providing a dynamic range of exercises for every muscle group. Experience a low-impact, safe, and highly effective path to a strong, defined body in a workout that goes beyond the ordinary.

  • (MDR) TOTAL BODY

    This is the most popular (MDR) class creating a strenuous, complete total-body workout. We recommend taking (MDR) TOTAL BODY 3 to 4 times a week with rest days in between. While it's not required, we encourage taking (MDR) ESSENTIALS first.

    The workout is done on state-of-the-art Megaformers, which provide constant resistance and infinitely more exercise options than a traditional reformer. The machine allows the body to shift quickly and smoothly from one exercise to another while increasing the heart rate and getting the blood pumping. The Megaformer attacks each and every muscle in a concentrated and focused manner to sculpt strong, powerful and lean bodies in a safe and measured way.

  • INTRO TO (MDR)

    This beginner class starts with a spoken introduction to the Lagree Method, the Megaformer and The Studio (MDR), followed by a light instructional workout featuring between 10-15 essential exercises.

    INTRO TO (MDR) guides you through the essential Lagree moves while teaching you how to maximize your experience at the studio. This is an instructional class (as opposed to a full class) that gets participants acquainted and comfortable with the workout. We recommend you take this class once to best set yourself up for success. After taking INTRO TO (MDR), clients can take (MDR) ESSENTIALS or (MDR) TOTAL BODY LITE or (MDR) TOTAL BODY.

    EXPERIENCED STUDENTS SHOULD NOT TAKE THIS CLASS

    (MDR) ESSENTIALS (BEGINNER FRIENDLY)

    (MDR) Essentials - This 45-minute beginners’ class is devoted to teaching the essential moves that prepare you for (MDR) TOTAL BODY and specialty classes.

    This class is best to take so that you feel comfortable with the basic Lagree Method exercises and the Megaformer or use as a recovery class.

  • IF YOU HAVE BEEN COMING TO (MDR) CONSISTENTLY (3-4 x’s a WEEK for at least 10 (MDR) Total Body Classes within a Month)

    (MDR) A** N' ABS

    Is a tight butt and a toned core on the top of your list? (MDR) A** N’ ABS is a 45 minute, one of a kind, specialty class that provides a high intensity/low impact workout targeting your butt and abs through efficiently programmed alternating super sets. After this class your booty and six pack will be a work of art!

    *We require taking at least 5 (MDR) Total Body classes in a month prior to this one. Other Lagree classes do not apply.

    STUDIO (MD-ARMS) & ABS

    Ever take class and think: "my legs are hung over!" We get it. The Studio (MD-ARMS) & ABS is the perfect new class to keep your fitness goals on track while giving your legs time to recover from that killer lunge series. The class focuses on a HIIT (high-intensity interval training) style of workout, getting your heart pumping with the signature core moves and plank variations you have come to love (and hate), followed by arm isolations to help strengthen and tone those signature STUDIO (MD-ARMS.) This class is perfect for those trying to sculpt their upper body and gain core strength, as well as anyone recovering from a leg injury.

    *We require taking at least 5 (MDR) Total Body classes prior to this one.

    ADVANCED (MDR) TOTAL BODY

    This 45 min Total Body class uses the signature Lagree "4-count" tempo and couples it with coordinated movement to enhance the muscular endurance challenge. The programming will allow for individualized modifications but an emphasis will be placed on coordinated movements and working as a team. A strong working knowledge of Lagree movements is required, NOT recommended for beginners.

    *(PREREQUISITE) You must have done at least 10 previous (MDR) classes within a month (other Lagree studios do not qualify). No exceptions.
